This information helps us to determine what is most beneficial for our users, and how we can continually create a better overall experience for you. We may share this information with third parties, but only in the aggregate, so that they too may understand how Talent Point visitors use our site, so they may create a better overall experience for you as well.

An example of how personal information could be leaked is as follows; you may authorize Talent Point to submit your dossier to a prospective employer. That employer, could forward your dossier to other persons outside their company for reasons unknown. Very few individuals will have full access to this database, and everyone who has any access to the database is fully aware of Talent Point’s privacy policy and intentional disregard for our member’s privacy will be dealt with severely including potentially termination of employment.
