Dixie Hightower has been working with Talent Point as a Talent Manager since just after the company was founded in January, 2000. Dixie has a wonderful outgoing personality and is very empathetic. Dixie loves talking to candidates and learning about their lives. A dedicated Christian, Dixie is always happy to talk about her faith and spiritual topics.
